The Yard Dry Goods will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. All items that may be authorised to be returned to The Yard Dry Goods can be done so with proof of purchase within 10 days from original shipment date and within 7 days for in store purchases.

Sales are Final: No Refunds.

We do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final 

10-Day Size Exchange

You may request an exchange for a different size within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be returned in perfect, resaleable condition.

This includes the item being unworn, undamaged, and having all original product tags firmly attached.

Items that show any sign of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Please note that exchanges are for size only and depend on stock availability.

The buyer is responsible for return and reshipping fees.

The Yard Dry Goods does not accept or resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended for customers to use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customers responsibility. In the case of an exchange the seller will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.

It is the sellers responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered in tact, unworn and in original purchased condition (with all tags still attached). If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between the seller and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply.
