A modern reinterpretation of the 1966 Levi’s 501XX. Made from 14.5oz sanforized Japanese denim with a gritty handfeel and subtle nep, the SF-66X is built for long wear and beautiful fades.
Staying true to the era, the SF-66X features two straight stitches at the top of the fly in place of the traditional V-stitch. The coin pocket features a vertically aligned selvedge seam - a deliberate construction choice that mimics the behavior of a jeans leg outseam. Over time, this edge will develop a natural roping effect, adding depth and character to the fades. No hidden rivets here, just like the '66 original.
The fit is straight tapered, generous in the thigh, tapering cleanly toward the ankle. Best worn at ankle length, cuffed or not, depending on your personal style.

If you are in between sizes, we recommend selecting the bigger size because raw denim will shrink a bit upon washing
